Dr. Heath Fallin

Heath A. Fallin, M.D.

Heath Fallin, M.D. is a well-rounded, highly specialized physician with 10 years of experience in the field of interventional pain management.

After serving 4 years in the Navy, he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the Pittsburgh Medical Center and started a new pain practice at Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, PA.

Dr. Fallin is excited to return to his North Carolina roots and establish Kinston Regional Pain Center (KRPC), to treat painful conditions using a variety of interventional and rehabilitative methods. At KRPC we understand that everyone experiences pain differently. We offer a variety of procedures and services in order to find the most effective solution for you.

Kerry T. Standley, MSN, FNP-BC

Kerry T. Standley, MSN, FNP-BC

We are excited to welcome Kerry T. Standley, MSN, FNP-BC to the Kinston Regional Pain Center team. Kerry is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience providing care for patients of Eastern North Carolina.

Kerry began her educational career at Lenoir Community College in Kinston, NC where she received her diploma in Surgical technology in 1993 and graduated with honors as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1996. She then attended Excelsior College in Albany, NY where she received her Associate degree in Nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC before moving on to receive her Master’s of Science, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. In 2021, she earned her Post Master’s Certificate, Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH.

Kerry believes that it is critical to learn what motivates people and personalize their care around that. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys taking care of her saltwater reef aquariums, spending time with her husband and children, cooking, and baking.
